Financial aid program

La Pente à Neige’s Financial Aid Program is designed to ensure that all residents of Montreal, regardless of financial standing, can access the activities offered by the organization at Ignace Bourget Park.

 

Applicants can receive up to 50% discount on the cost of:​

  • Snow tubing season passes

  • 6-weeks ski and snowboard classes

  • Season passes for slope access.

 

Please be advised that discounts do not apply to other activities, such as:

  • Half-day snow tubing passes

  • Half-day slope access passes

  • One-time ski and snowboard classes

  • Food and special events

  • Ski and snowboard equipment rental

 

The discount cannot be combined with other discounts and cannot be applied to bookings and payments that have already been made.

 

To apply for financial assistance, interested parties must submit all of the following documents to La Pente à Neige. The ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS as well as A COPY of the following documents must be submitted by mail info@penteaneige.ca OR at the La Pente à Neige’s ticket office onsite at Ignace Bourget Park from December 21st (please refer to the site’s opening hours):

  • La Pente à Neige Financial Aid application form (download here)

  • Proof of identity for all members of the family (e.g. driver’s licence, health insurance card, passport, etc.) – Government issued photo ID is mandatory for adult applicants. For children without government issued photo ID a birth certificate or student ID card can be submitted.

  • Proof of residence (i.e. electrical, gas, condo fee, or municipal taxes bill).

  • Proof of income (i.e. federal or provincial tax assessment (T-451 or TPF-98) for the most recent tax year) – proof of income must be submitted for all family members.

 

An associate of La Pente à Neige will process the application within 3 business days of it being submitted. Once processed the associate will contact the applicant to inform them of the discount they have been given (discounts are calculated based on gross annual income and the number of members in the family).
